I was wanting to buy a premodded ps2 whitch one do you recommend.All i see online is ps2 slimline.I have heard they are bad to overheat.

Make sure that they are the new versions, and if you're getting a pre-mod, make sure you know what chip you are getting first. And make sure that (if any) all the nesscessary fixes (overheat and laser fixes) are fitted.

I have had a slimline with a modchip and laser fix now for a while.
Yes, if you play them in a room that is warm they will heat up and act funny. A small house fan pointed at the unit can solve that.

You should get a DMS4 Pro SE or Matrix Infinity chip
make sure they include a laser fix with the premodded system as most good sites will.

If you need an NTSC version PS2 and do not want a Slimline then you can get a slightly used premodded V9/10 or V7 here
V7 being the best PS2 console that they ever made.

i bought my used premodded Xbox from them. They are good guys and will stand behind what they sell. I know one person who bought a used PS2 and his chip went bad. They installed a brand new one free of charge.
