I was searching my uk verison of amazon and it said a few days ago March 16th 2006 now it says June 30th 2006 What the hell.
Then i checked the american version and it said Mrach 14th 2006 so ill have to wait till June 30th for online play cause ill probably downlaod the NTSC version and windip and that wont work cause of the region codes etc

What?!?! First off, I don't think this belongs in the ps2 DVD backup forum.

Second of all what was the purpose of posting this?

He mean's, he is complaining about the release of Metal Gear Substance 3 on amazon. He say's it has been delayed for the UK. but the NTSC one is not, so he want's to download the NTSC one. But he wouldn't be able to play online cause of the region codes
