I recently reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows to clean out my system of unused programs and spam. I backed up all my picture files to a single dvd-r. After burning it with nero 6, it said burn process completed succesfully. When I went to put the dvd into the drive and copy the files windows xp pro is telling me that there is nothing on the dvd when the dvd drive folder opens, it usually does not open and just ends up freezing the computer until i eject the dvd-r. I tried the dvd in a friends drive and the same thing happens. I then put the dvd into my home dvd player that can play mp3s and display picture files. All of the folders and files are on the dvd and were being displayed on my tv through my home dvd player. Is there any way to get this dvd-r to work in my computer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

the problem might be with INCD..... check out this thread and follow it: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/310597 if you put a search on INCD I'm sure you will find more information about how there is a conflict with the program and Nero! chekc this avenue out and I'm sure you're problem will be solved! I also heard that there is a Nero INCD uninstall fix! hope this helps.

@shezzy999........welcome to AfterDawn...... and some word of advise........ you have many questions..... it's ok to start your own thread and ask for replies.... you'll get a better responce than asking new questions in the middle of a thread! But, here goes:
use ConvertXtoDVD for conversion to DVD format.... and you can set the program to burn the movie right away! Understand that downloading copyright material may be illegal in your country! so you'll have to find someone else to ask for programs that download music and video. sorry.
