Error with Fifa Street 2 Patch

I've got a problem patching this game.I've created an iso image with dvd-decrypter.I've then run the patch from inside this folder(as per instructions with patch).After it has completed it comes up with error 'opening gnie 1'.I then end up with gnie0,gnie1,gnie2 files.(what should I do with these files?)
I carried on, and burned the image with Nero express but still didn't work.
What am I doing wrong ?
I have a slim PS2 and I am using Swap Magic 3.6.
