Either your disc tray is open, or you have a DVD-ROM/CD-ROM combo drive. What's the make and model of your DVD Burner?

beeno, You need to put in a dvd disc in the drive and it will load up and you will see all the details of the disc on the right. Then you can burn the game. The reason you see the Device not ready (medium ot presented) is there's no dvd disc in the drive.

It may only support DVD+R's. In that case you'd need to purchase some DVD+R's. DVD Decrypter doesn't tell you what type of burner you have? It should. Download Nero Info Tool then check out what it says under the "drive" tab.

Did you make sure to select your DVD-ROM drive? If so, then you don't have a DVD Burner, but a CD-RW/DVD-ROM combo drive. If that's the case you can't burn DVD's, only watch them and rip them to your HD.
