That's because your TV only supports NTSC. I play PAL games on an NTSC TV because my Matrix Infinity forces the video mode into NTSC. So I can play PAL games because my chip forces the video format to NTSC. Unfortunately it appears you don't have a high end chip. Have you tried applying the Swap Magic Patch to your NTSC version? It's supposed to only be necessary for Swap Magic users, but at this point it can't hurt to try. If that fails, then try downloading the PAL version and patching it to NTSC.
Patch: http://www.savefile.com/projects.php?pid=552712
Insturctions:
1.extract FifaStreet2-pal_ntsc-iso-patcher.exe to .ISO directory
2.press "readme"
3.press "Browse..", select the iso file.
4.press "Scan".
5.press "ntsc patch" or "pal patch".
6.all done.
7.same iso size.

FifaStreet2-pal_ntsc-iso-patcher_v1.1.exe and FIFASTREET2.iso files must be in the same directory or folder
i.e C:/fs2-st2/FifaStreet2-pal_ntsc-iso-patcher_v1.1.exe
C:/fs2-st2/FIFASTREET2.iso

Sorry for the double post. Although I did get it to work I did notice that the load times are slow and the game gets sluggish sometime, also the music pauses. Is it possible for me to rebuild the patched iso? I think this can make it run alot smoother. If not then what should I do?

What's the Media ID of the discs you're using. According to Gnie, this game doesn't need patched to work with a modchip. I burned the PAL version to Yuden000T02 (Taiyo Yuden 8x DVD+R's) booktyped to DVD-ROM and it plays flawlessly.
91. Q. What is the Media ID of a DVD and how can I find it?
A.The Media ID of a DVD is the true measure of it's quality. It contains prerecorded info about the disc's manufacturer. The quality of the disc will vary depending on the media code. The media code isn't visible on the disc or the packaging. To check the media ID, Open DVD Decrypter, insert your disc, and check what it says under Media ID or Manufacturer ID. You can also use a program called DVD Identifier which is very useful. You can find it here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_tools/dvd_id...
Compare the Media ID to this link: http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm Huge List of Media ID's (Thanks to DogBomb): http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/155431

Hi I have a wee problem
I have swap magic 3.6 for my ps2 and all of my other back-ups work fine. But when I try to do fifastreet it goes weird
I have treid the patch but each time i put fifastreet on my laptop it file splits. Then why I try to put the patch on it scans fine but then when i press the PAL button it says incorrect iso toc sectors.
btw when ever i try to read on dvd decryptor it says that Disk too small :S
PLEASE HELP ME

Go to Tools-->Settings-->Iso Read Mode-->File Splitting and set it to none. Click okay. Then rip the game as normal. That'll produce a single iso with no splitting.
