my fifa street 2 is a pal versin and a german version od game i push scan but it doesnt scan. i now many people they have the same problem please write here all your quastions and answers

It works for some people, not for others. The PAL version of this game works with a Matrix Infinity modchip. I can verify that personally. I burned it to Taiyo Yuden 8x DVD-R's with ImgBurn at 4x and it plays perfectly. I haven't confirmed if it works with a DMS 4. I'll look into it. There is so much conflicting info for this game and Swap Magic it's hard to determine what the problem is. For everyone who says the patch works, someone else says it doesn't. Try rebuilding, different media, burn speeds, or try downloading the NTSC version or another PAL version.

When your using Cogswap loader, Either your doing something wrong, or your not following the instructions cause it works for most people. That tried the method (CogSwap Method)

what is your elf file name,
do you following elf file name
pal_Multi5 ver:(SLES_537.96 = elf name)
pal_Multi6 ver:(SLES_537.97 = elf name)

It will probably be where his files are.What i did was put the iso file on the desktop and the iso patcher and it will definately recognise the iso file.trust me.If im wrong ill give you my whole star wars colelction exept boba fett.No matter how sure i am i never risk the fett man.

Gnie, Can you please please please make a patch for Metal Gear 2: Substance PAL.
Cause all the guides are for NTSC
