Azureus java starting problem?

whenever i start azureus i get a weird java msg and it wont let azureus load. i have tried reinstalling java runtime and i have tried reinstalling azureus.... i tried using other bittorrent clients buti dont like them i like my azureus, any suggestions?

what version of java are you running? is it the latest version from http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

yes im sure i have the latest running because i uninstalled java and used the jave web page to redownload java, im guessing i dl the latest. but ill try the links anyway.

I got same error, here's how to get rid off it.
1. Uninstall azureus
2. Delete azureus files that stay after uninstall (check note and link)
3. Install azureus


note: you might need to use "windows task manager" (Ctrl+Alt+Del) to shutdown azureus before you can delete these files

Forget Azureus and java. Try utorrent its the best BT client, imo.

Do exact same things that i suggested, but install Azureus 2.3.0.6 instead of 2.4.0.0 and don't upgrade it untill someone finds a solution or better version is released. Azureus 2.3.06 works fine, good speeds etc.
