will two games both backups work with the same dnas codes on the same network

im not sure by the same network meaning playing the same game connected to eachother by ethernet LAN. or playing the same game online. you can play the a backup with the same dnas but if its the SAME time online u can get banned from playin online forever. if it happens you have to buy a new ps2. so i wouldnt if i were u.
