Encoding problem - please help!

I have a problem when I try to burn a VCD. I already encoded the film using TPM (or w/e it is). But when I try and burn it w/ nero, it starts encoding the file again. Did I do something wrong or is there a box i'm not supposed to have checked or what? Thanks for the help!!!

TMPGEnc forgot to add the headers again. No worries though!!

In TMPGEnc, click file - mpeg tools. click the simple de-multiplex tab and add your mpg file in as your video and audio source and save them somewhere on your computer, then click the multiplex tab and add the video/audio stream and change the video type to MPEG-1 VideoCD. Then save that file and attempt to use it in Nero!
