u need a DNA$ code, which can be found by burning this program and loading it using a modchip and then after doing some stuff u will get a partial DNA$ code u can use. but there are sites that will give u them already so all u have to do is patch it using Windip and then burn and play! some games a lba checks or something like that so you wont be able to play online, like Socom

before. when u have the ISO or whatever, use Windip then after patching just burn.

How da hell do i get da iso or whatever. Because i put in Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition im my comp and then i opened windip then i clicked select image. I couldnt find the iso anywhere on Dub Edition. And how am i going to patch it to the DVD-R?

oh boy u have to rip the game first. insert it into the DVD drive. Then use DVDdecryptor get it here www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd_decrypter.cfm
go to mode>iso>read. select source is the drive with the game. destination is where u want it to save.
once done, u will have a mds file or mdf i cant remeber which but it should be small and then an ISO. ISO files are 'images'of the game or whatever. it should be big. patch the DNA$ file to the ISO via windip and then burn, u can use DVD decryptor again, just instead go to mode>iso>WRITE and then select the file, and the DVD burner and burn.

yes u need a modchip or u can use Swap Magic, its a program u insert into PS2 and then u have to use a flip top or slidecard to switch swap magic with ur burned game w/o pressing the eject button. people with modchips have less problems even if it costs more, but its ur choice. if u want it modded, make sure u have a PRO to do it!
as for burning, i explained that in my last post. u can open up DVD decryptor again and instead use mode>iso>write and select the file and DVD burner and burn onto i would recommend DVD-R. i would recommend also use Verbatim DVD's because they work flawlessly.

ok so i made a backup copy of midnight club 3 and now i need to patch da iso image or whatever it is so i can play online with it.
where can i find this iso image at? thanks for da help.

cant really help you on that, it is where u selected as the 'destination' in DVDdecrptor when u made the backup. try searching for the file using the search thing on ur computer to search fo the file, try to search for the word '.iso;. and then burn with DVDdecryptor, u know how, but select the mdf or mds file whatever it is. because the mdf/s tells your computer what to do with the ISO. im sure the mdf/s is in the same folder as ur iso. and glad to help

to tell you the truth i am really really lost and i dont know what i am doing. I cant wait for metal gear to come out. So can u please explain it to me. I burned midnight club 3 but how the hell do i patch da iso image on there? Please Help.

to copy a backup and still be able to play online:
1.insert the midnight clu racing into a DVD drive.
2.opne DVDdecryptor. select mode>iso>read. source is which drive ur game is in, destination is where u want the files that are pulled from the DVD to be saved, so somewhere like ur desktop where u can remember is good. then click the button at the bottom to start the ripping
3. once it is done, u should have a mds file which should be small and an ISO file which should be BIG.
4. use windip to patch. use the guide link

Ok you have helped me a lot now, for the final step. Do I patch it to my back up copy of Midnight Club3 or do i have to first burn the iso on to a blank and then burn MNC 3?

vince, it seems u still dont understnad the concept of ISO.
when u have the ISO, it is the 'image' of MNC 3. so the iso IS MNC 3. it is the 'image' of it and u burn the iso.
so, do this: so patch the ISO , then burn the ISO to a blank quality DVD like tokijin said. when u do that, u are basically burning MNC 3.

Ok so let me get this straight, I am just suppose to burn the Iso on to a blank dvd? With that i could play the game offline and online?
And is memorex a good DVD-R to use? Thanks for da help.
