oh ok... so basically there is no difference if u buy one from the US or from pak right? also, can u tell me exact price of how much u got it for (like was it the giga pack/value pack/standard pack)? did it come with any accessores? did the warranty u got cost alot? just curiuos to know thx

well i don't think there is any difference of which value you get.
i mean theres nothing special
the giga pack has a 1gig memory stick and thats about it.

and as for the warranty, it is free. it comes with the psp, unless you want an extended warranty. or something like that.

i live in lahore (hall road) to buy a psp and they were charging me-
75,000 rupees (a lot for a normal person) for it i thought it was a rip off so i bought 1 from ebay!
and guess how much they charged for a umd game 6000 rupees which is like 60 quid my cuz in britain gets games for 30 quid half the price.

hey i really appreciate all your responses. But ive decided not buy a psp from pak b/c i didnt want any confusions of what region it would be,the firmare(i wouldve wanted one less than 2.0),the fact that there wasnt much of a price differnece,etc. So il just buy one from here in the U.S. Thanks anyways for your comments though

For what it's worth. Just go to Afghanistan, find a US Soldier who wants to sell his American PSP (for $30 you can change the scratched faceplate) then find a 1gig Memery Stick Duo. How, go to one of those $4 DVD stands, pick up as many DVD's as you want, go home, and encode them onto the Memory Stick Duo. Now, not only will you have to worry about having to find UMD's, you can save all kinds of money and make everyone really jealous.

I live in India and 1 dollar= 42 Rs here and I say u shud get it from Pakistan...tell ur mom to go to the black market i got my psp here in india from the black market extremely cheap!

Dude be careful about referring peeps to buy stuff from the black market, they can be very dodgy especially if you don't know who you're dealing with, sometimes its not worth it.

i think you should buy it from the us where you live i dont think it would be much cheaper in pakinstan sony can not do that all the psp's will be around the same price. in the uk where im from you can get a psp new 4 £150.................but if you want to play us umds you need a us psp unless you want to rip your movies on to your memmory stick but you need a big memmory stick to do that.

my mom alreay came back from there and ive decided ill just buy one from here. since i odnt think there'd be a HUGE proce difference , im gonna buy one from here. but ofcourse im gonna wait for a price drop... $200 is a bit too much for me..

hey people i heard that u can get around 10 to 11 psp games on a single dvd in pakistan. and the price is around 100 rupees.
well ill be visiting rainbow centre and see wat i can find.

can u all plz 4get about psp from pakistan dey r expensiv 75,000 rupees is like 750 quid down the drain just buy 1 from ebay i bought a version 1.5 white psp giga pack with 4 games from hong kong for 180 quid!
i mean cum on dat is super valuuuee!
