ive d/l an usa version of fight nite 3 and burned it on to dvd using dvd decrypter.sometinmes the game works and most times it doesnt! why is this? is it cos its an usa version?

Chances are it's the media you're using. Get some Verbatim or Tuiyo Yuden DVD-R at 4x, or 8x and burn at half the maximum speed (eg. I burn at 4x onto 8x Verbatim)
