Quote: I have delted all my songs that i have on my computer cause i have converted to itunes.
What do you mean by that? Just use my stickied guide on copying songs back to the computer & then re-import to iTunes.

If you have deleted them from your PC, then they won't play in iTunes, as they are gone for good..

iTunes does not change any of your songs..

You don't necessarily have to use iTunes, but it is the best option as it is designed around the iPod. The iPod doesn't allow drag & drop because Apple don't want people sharing music - and drag & drop makes doing so extremely effortless ;-)
Quote: If we can't zoom a picture how can you view a map?
You can't. The iPod is not specifically designed to view maps. Maybe you should look more towards a handheld satellite navigation unit for that.

You Can use the iPod as a HDD, but to do so, you have to slip it into Disk Mode. To do so, have a look at this link -
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93651
I don't know what the site you are referring to states about mapreading on the iPod, but you can't zoom into images on the iPod.
