Is there any preferences how better name mp3 files, with underscore "_" or without it:

08_-_Wavestar_-_1997_-_Out_of_Time_-_Crystal_Ashes or

08 - Wavestar - 1997 - Out of Time - Crystal Ashes ?

what do you want to do..you can program most rippers to create the file name any way you way...

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

I get files from server, and its named this way already:

08_-_Wavestar_-_1997_-_Out_of_Time_-_Crystal_Ashes

I meant, is there a sence to rename it, replace underscore "_" with space? What is the most common naming scheme, for most mp3 enthusiasts?

if you want to rename the files, try Tag&Rename. Its the best tagger/file renamer there is.
