I downloaded State Of Emergency 2 from some site the file is 2.56 GB and it doesn't say if it's NSTC or PAL and I'm down to 2 DVD-R's how would I find out if it's PAL or Not?

You could open it in ISOBuster and see if it has a US or ES file. If it has SLUS or SCUS, it's NTSC and if it has SLES or SCES, it's PAL.

i agree with Jamaal 10, that is the best way to do it.
But it really should not matter which it is as Swap Magic can
play both formats. and so can mod chips. So either of the needed mod to play back ups will work with both formats as long as your TV can do it. And if not it would usually load but be in black & white and the screen would be flipping all around.
The problwm may be in the way you burned it. Have you made many back ups that work?

thanks for the help dont see why I did think of that but I just downloaded Black it's PAL I'm useing Swap Magic 3.3 and was wondering do I need to NSTC patch or does it auto adjust itself that's what people where saying around here
