I have been using dvdfab express for over a year. Lately I've been having problems with the programing freezing up during the finaling process. and when I try quit the program,it does not respond. I then control,alt,delete to quit the program. After I do all of that. my dvd burner will not open. The disc does burn but it will play then at different spots, some quick freezes some will be total lock up.
I Have updated my firmware, tried uninstalling and reinstalling nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated .

why dont you try a different program for example DVD43 DVD Decrypter or dvd fab decrypter all of these programs are free or if you would not what to try these uninstall dvd express and then reinstall it and try again alsowhat type of media are you using poor quality media is the source of a lot of problems
