I'm planning on building a new pc, but not sure if it's any gud, can any one tell me if theres any improvements i can add?, thx in advance!

Yeat that looks really good, make sure u get a proper powersupply tho. and also what do u plan to do wiht the computer. I playing games then i would go for a 10k hard disk drive as they are soooooo fast for access speeds.

System 1 :- Main PC: AMD XP 3200+ - OC Slightly 2.31Ghz, 1024 MB DDR PC2700, 1 x 40GB Hard Drive, 1 x 60GB Hard Drive, ATI 9600XT (256 MB)Graphics Card.

I recomend getting a better CPU...you should upgrade to maybe a 3900 or 4000, down the road it will be worth it.

No such thing as 3900 to my knowledge. Also, I'd avoid the 3800+ and 4000+ single cores if you can help it. If you want more than a 3700, go for a 3800 X2. Generally that system is good, and the 7800 IS Sli compatible. Make sure you get a decent PSU though, that's VERY important, and above all else NEVER use a PSU that came with a case, it's a recipe for disaster. Make sure you've read at least 5 positive reviews of a PSU without any negatives before you commit to buy it. Might sound extreme but after my experiences, you can never be extreme enough...
