HP DVD Burner does not recognize Blank DVD'S

I have a HP 7250 with the combo cd/dvd burner. It will burn cd's but not dvd's all of a sudden. Earlier today I put a CD Laser Lens cleaner in both the DVD-Rom Drive and the Burner Driver and that is when all of a sudden this happened. Any help would surely be appreciated. Thanks.
