Random VOBs to DVD-R

I have downloaded various VOB files (Dolby, THX and DTS trailers) that I wish to burn to a single DVD-R.

Obviously none of these come with .ifo files - how, and what software do I need, to construct a DVD out of these VOBs?

An authoring software which allows VOB importing. Primo Prassi, DVDIt, etc.. All of them are commercial.
