nokia 6230 stuck on call divert

Hi... can anyone please help.
my daughter has had her nokia 6230 for a while now and has been working great up until a week ago, thats when she said she's had no incoming calls for a week now.
So i rang her and straight away the call was diverted to voicemail.
I have gone into the menu, settings, call menu and checked the call divert option but NONE of them have been activated and i have tried the 'cancelling all diverts' option but that hasnt worked either.
The phone has been unlocked and on virgin pay as you go for about 6 months and has no other problems except the incoming call diverts.
can anyone help please....thanx darren
p.s.... should i try resetting to factory defaults and if so how do i do this cos we have lost the instructions .....thanx again
