Burn speed of my DVD burner

Sorry for my ignorance but i would like to find out what the burn speed of my DVD burner is. I could not find the information anywhere on my computer.

I went to properties of the Dvd drive but there is not information there either.

Can someone plese help me out?

I have a I have a HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GWA4164B.
I could not find any info on the internet either on what speed it can write.

i COULDN'T FIND MY BURNER (FIJITSU OR NEC) IN THE WEBSIT YOU INDICATED HERE. I AM TRYING TO FIND WHETHER OR NOT MY DRIVE WILL BURN 16x.

I would say that you have an OEM LG burner(same as where Mort linked to)

Sorry about that, didn't know. The Fijitsu #204OAH Disk Drive; NEC DVD + R ND 6650A DVD/CD - R; SCSI DVD-ROM SCSI Cd Rom Device DVD/CD-R. Those are the only specification I can find when I search properties. If this are not correct then where would I find the model number of my drives? Thank you

If you have DVD Decrypter just open the program choose the Tools Tab and then pick drive and capabilities in the sidebar. This will show you what your drive is capable of, also Nero Info Tool. Or you can dl the free DVDInfoPro just choose the program with the advert.
