ok heres the thing,

like most p.c builders i want a good machine but cant afford to fork out in one go, i bought a new mobo, processor, power supply, and a gig of ram, all went into my new case fine, im using my current graphics card, hard drive and DVD +/-RW i can boot up my machine, past the post section, so the memory scam works fine, then i get that screen that you get when windows was not shut down properly, duh ... i had to pull the plug xD, so anyways, the menu ... safe mode, safe mode with networking ect, so i click start windows normaly, and the darn thing reboots! so i try starting in safe mode, and again it reboots, so i change the hard drive for a FULLY working hdd, and then ... lo and behold, same screen same reeboot problem, so i think ahh ... must be graphics card, switch my X850 for a X700 i have laying around (from antistatic bag xD, i might be stumped but im no fool :D) , and it didnt work, same screen, same problem, so i try using the onboard graphics, removing my card/cards and all pci cards, and lo an behold same problem!

any sudgestions would be great lol, i hate using this crapy slow computer, some one please help me get my warez machiene back online!

This HD should have its partition(s) deleted, blank (like new).
Install new Windows on it - you're not trying to boot PC with your old Win installation are you?
You have a new Motherboard (and BIOS - Windows 'knows' right away) and CPU.
Harddisks are inexpensive, I recommend WD 80GB/8MB as economical System Disk C:\
~$59 bucks (Canadian).
All your files will remain on the old HD, and available to you but no longer trying to start the PC.
Let us know,
Regards

Put a fresh install on the 18GB, get things running.
Hookup your other HD as a slave (with the cover off the Shuttle and the HD just temporarily connected).
Get your files off! (~17GB worth anyway).
Or could have burned stuff off onto DVD(s), then wiped out HD (18GB would not be req'd).
If you had forseen this situation, you could have proactively taken important stuff out (via Network or whatever) before you changed mobo/CPU.
Good luck,
