i was up all night an i figured it out with a program i found by reading yes its a big game an this what u do download ExPERT_v1.03
should be able to just google it an its easy to use just open program an under plugins select PS2CdDvd5[PSP UMD ISO Shrinker *.ISO
Then to the right click the open tab an find an select ur game file the 7.95 gb mc3 remix then click extract LBA wait then it says done click extract file wait then says done click rebuild file wait then says done then click rebuild LBA once done that ur finshed now go to where u have ur mc3 remix file there will be a new one called new_ what ever ur file was named an it will be 3.10 gb then burn with dvd dycrpter ive done this an works good still need the DNSA code to go online but all find that an post it for thos who dont have it.goodluck

o an to that comment to that guy saying just to buy the game it wont make a diffence ur modded ps2 wont read store bought either because its a duel layer dvd i know this cause i went an bought it to try an nope i waisted 30 $ here in canada but i coverted like i said before an works good only thing is in garage when u switch cars it does that burnout well the sound kinda isnt timed right somtimes but when u leave garage an play its mint

ps2 can't play original dvd-9s yet it'll play backups fine. LOLZ

Also had success rebuilding this with gnie expert tool.

Though I still can't go online. It gives a weird error during DNA$ check; says the disc may be dirty, never had that before. I think something went wrong during the rebuild (which I have done twice now with the same results).

Using PAL version.

Mine works great its USA tho so not sure bout PAL i thought it was a lil laggy in garage switching cars but i was playing the original on non modded ps an it was lil laggy as well so it is just the game itself not bad jus noticed it i would put up the DNSA codes if someone could help me find them there on my original but how to read them is another qwestion cause then we can all be online when i find them all post them

rugar, i tried ur method and i cannot get my disc to play . it came out NewMC3 and it was 3.10 like you said, i burned with decrypter says sucessfully complete. but i swap magic it inthe PS2 it wont load. spins for a lil but thats it no picture or anything, please help
