I have a $300 Gift Card to use from SuperCertificates and want to use it on an electronics site to buy a LCD Monitor. The site I would be getting it off of its tigerdirect.com. They have a lot of deals on this site, but the biggest deals & rebates are on no name brand monitors (or atleast ones I have never heard of). I was hoping someone could point me to a good monitor between $200-300 that is over the 17inch size. I found one on tigerdirect that is 20.1" and is widescreen format for $349. Is the only benefit of widescreen monitors to watch movies?? Here are the specs of the monitor:

I apoligize for the extremely newb advice I am asking but I don't know much about LCD monitors because I have never been able to afford one until I received this Gift Card for free from an incentive site. Some of the "brands" I am seeing on tigerdirect for cheap prices are this Spectre, DCL & X2Gen each have a 19" LCD Monitors for $189.
