MGS SUBSISTENCE disk 2 Work Or Not .. plz confirmed

can someone plz confirmed if MGS subsistence disk 2 work online with a rebuild and patching using a dnas tool? or he need a special method

in my case i use
DVD Decrypter to have the iso files
then i extrac with iso buster
i use Cd/DVD Gen to Compact the iso make it less big than 5.6gig
then i use apache 2 to recreate a new iso from the extrac file of MGS 3.5 to finally have a new iso
with this new iso i patch the dnas with "i forget the name of the programe i think is winid or something like that
then i burn it at speed 1x with Dvd decrypter (the rebuild and patch iso)

i wanna know if someone have make it work ?
