Has anyone downloaded the PAL version of the godfather and got it to play on a NTSC Console because i Coverted from PAL to NTSC with pal-2-ntsc y-fix and tried booting it with swap magic 3.3 but all i get is a black screen

Convert it with adrpatcher and it will work just fine my copy plays perfect

i got it to work it turns out that the PAL i downloaded was already converted to NTSC so it was a straight burn

it was in color but part of the bottom of the screen is cut off but you can basicly see everything anyway.

Swap Magic 3++ can change the colour system (NTSC,PAL)
use video mode for those PAL game to ntsc(video mode to ntsc),
Press (SQUARE) although you can use X its advised that you use Square
doesnt needed the pal2ntsc patch
dont have the game not sure will it work

does zoneloader load PAL backups on NTSC PS2's I just wanna know b/c I heard Zoneloader fix's PAL back to work on PS2
