is it possible to have more than one ps2 game on a disc if the games are rebuilt and so are small files like 2gig???

Yes and no. It can be done, but it doesn't always work, or work well.

A. Yes. It doesn't work all the time. Some games have LBA checks, detecting whether or not there is more than one game on a DVD. For those games it won't be possible to compile them on a multi game disc. Even if it works, it doesn't necessarily work well.
