Hi wazid360,
Lets see here...
If I had a P4 3.4GHz HT, and a Radeon X600 pro 256mb, I would NOT say 'Your video card is a little too fast for your processor'.
That's very strange (almost bizarre).
Your processor is probably fine! Its cooler is a more important thing for you to keep your eye on, LoL :^)
I tell everyone, install & run CPU-Z (a very small program)
http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php You can see exactly what's going on, and learn fascinating things about your memory etc.

I would not worry about the memory speed message,I got the same message as you and my processor scored 5959.0 on the speed test and I'm running slower memory(400mhz). There's probably nothing wrong with your cpu and as long as you don't experience any problems you should be fine. What mother board do you have installed? With a little more information either me or someone else might be able to help a little more.

I played with the same program and I think it b/s. D/ Everest, SisSandra Lite, or futuremark for real benchamrk scores. This proggy you found is crap/ Its telling me the same thing my vid card and memory is too fast for my processor. Funny I have a 6800gt oc edition from bfg, 3700+ athlon 64 socket 939 and dual channel kit 2x512 elixor ram. So how is my stuff faster than my cpu?
I think what it is is it looks at the clock speed of the proc and fails realize amd's run at a lower clock than intel.:>

Dacris Benchmark? Never tried it.
So I'm not missing anything then?
I like CPU-Z, and there is another one called GCPUID that's nice too.
Everest Home Edition is excellent, but has recently been withdrawn (no more freeware givaway). See if you can find it, it's still available here & there...

genrall i wouldnt recommend anything that "tweaks" ur pc it could be that antivirus is running at that time, or something else like anti-spyware or just a game hasnt shut down like it should.
