Help me set up DVD Decrypter

I have been using DVD Decrypter to rip DVD's without any problem for almost a year. Then my daughter wanted to use DVD Decrypter to rip a DVD to copy to her Sony PSP per instructions elsewhere in this site. I reset the mode and several other settings as per the instructions to burn a movie for the PSP. Now, I want to put it back the way it was to rip a DVD to back up to a DVD+R. I tried to reset everything the way it was, but I must be missing something. After I rip a DVD with it and try to use DVD Shrink or DVD2One to reincrypt it, I get an error message saying that one or another file is missing. Usually it is the Video_TS.VOB file but when I manually copy that one, it says another is missing. I don't think I reset DVD Decrypter up correctly. What should I set the Mode to and what about all the other settings? I looked on this site but did not find basic set up instructions for DVD Decrypter. Thanks.

you should be in file mode under tools and settings hit the defaults button that should reset everything
