Just did it last night(3/21), this is a disney movie so you know what is up, RipGard or ARccoSS(i can't tell).
1-Decrypter/anydvd, shrink could not handle it, error.
2-clonedvd2, of course, no problems. but i prefer shrink or recode2 so.
3-fabdecrypter/shrink, no problem. english only, 66% level of compression, great picture quality with Recode2 or shrink. with clonedvd2 very good picture quality also but, not as good as recode2 or shrink.
p:s: to become the best transcoder there is, clonedvd2 needs deep analysis to improve its quality so, let's get it done.
Nero Recode2 or Shrink using deep analysis and AEC/ fabdecrypter or anydvd running in the background/ IMGBurn to burn/main movie only mode= perfect.

It came out on DVD that fast????? (You are talkin' about a region 1 DVD, er, right?) Man, I remember waiting for The Devil's Rejects to come out in the US and it felt like forever.

That's right arniebear............. it is not out until April 4th., here in the U.S.
Maybe it's released earlier, in another region?
elizerroj.........where are you? If you're in the U.S., you have a black market copy, and probably isn't worth copying. I tried to watch a black market copy once, that a friend brought over. About 4-5 mins. into the movie, a guy stood up in the audience, and wormed his way out to the aisle. The sound was terrible too. I took it out, and told my friend to never bring another one to my house!

quote."say elizerroj how much did the disk cost? " NO comment.
i like to do a few backups with disney or sony movies just to see so, i did the entire movie everytime.
1-decrypter by itself/clonedvd2,(tried shrink but didn't work) no problems.
2-FabDecrypter/shrink, no problems, i belive that if you rip with fab, the files will work with any software.
3- decrypter/anydvd, shrink couldn't handle the files.
4-decrypter/anydvd/vobblanker/shrink, no problems.
so the answers are: clonedvd2 or fabdecrypter or vobblanker.
see you.
ps: i only kept one(1) copy, the others were done on a WR disc, just to test what work and what didn't.
