How to Burn a Game with Weird Files (Not Rars)?

I have Final Fantasy VII, and the files I have got after the extraction are:
CCD Image (1kb)
CUE file for Image (1kb)
IMG (712 mb)
SUB file (29mb)

Yes, I've burned the biggest file and it didnt work. Do I need to put these files together somehow?

For a Sega Emulator, I also have:

BIN Image (11mb)
CUE file for Image (1kb)

Same as above, what do I do here?

cdrwin will burn .cue/.bin Nero will also burn .cue I think 120% alcohol also burns these files. In Nero you have to choose burn image and choose .cue file
