I've been using DVD Decrpyer 3.5.2.0 and DVD Shrink for many months with no complaints. Tonight I began receiving this message every time I launch, or shut down, DVD Decrpter:
If I ignore the message, it seems to operate OK, but I won't be completely sure until I finish a [decrypt / shrink / burn / play in living room DVD player] cycle.
I'm sure it is no coincidence that earlier in the day I had the local computer shop install a new Anthlon 4800 FX2 CPU in my machine. And, also no coincidence that I have gotten two BSoDs auto-reboots tonight.
Thus, I seem to be having some hardware problem not entirely related to DVD Decrypter, but the error message is sufficiently arcane that I'm not sure what clue I am to derive from it.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "firmware update"? I have installed the latest drivers for my 6800GT video card, and the computer shop that installed the CPU flashed a new BIOS onto the motherboard. Do you think my Pioneer DVR-810H-S needs some new driver or .... ?
I had that same problem too, but with my Sony. Go to Tools/Settings/Device and untick "Disable Media Change Notification." This doesn't fix it, but it will disable the annoying pop-up. It seems that this doesn't affect the ability to use the program. I don't think it's a firmware issue because I had the latest firmware.
