Hi, I have a problem with my Mitsubishi Projection Television:
Model # VS-45607
SERIAL # 131472
AC 120V
60Hz
240W
Manufactured in January 2001

First, when turned it on a month or so ago, the colors were all messed up and the screen was very dark (had nothing to do with the brightness/color settings). After it was on for awhile, it went back to normal. Plus, there was a black bar about 1" thick on the top and the bottom of the screen, which wasn't ever there before.

Recently, it's been acting up even more. The whole picture is constantly rolling. The black bars are still there. At first, when you left the TV on for awhile, it got better. But now, it just does this at random times.

Is there anything that I can do to fix it? Thanks in advance for the help!

I have had a few issues with my Mitsubishi as well. If your in the States call 760.753.7626 between 9-3 PST. They will give you an idea on what is it and what the cost will be to fix it.

If they ask - just say you live in San Diego. Good luck.

If possible - please post their comments. Cheers!

Something to do with the fuses inside of the TV. Two of them were completely fried, not sure why, though. Anyhow, it works, so I'm happy! :)
