I downloaded a vide which is quite big, the audio was suppose to be in English but is being overlapped by another language(german). I suspect that it might be possible to remove the overlapping audio and keep the rendered or source audio, since the overlapping audio doesn't sync with the actors lips, it's just translating.

Is it possible, how would i go about doing this, w/ virtual dub?
