Ok, here's the deal, I'm backing up my DS9 Season1 Set. I use the following software:
DVD Decrypter
Ifoedit
Nero 5.5.9.17

I get to the point of resplitting the DVD's into 2 individual DVDR discs. When I play them on PowerDVD, it comes up fine, menus work, everythings ok. But when I pop them into my PS2 it will play only disc1. And it varies from burn to burn. But I'm using the same procedure for each. So they should either all work or all fail. Any thoughts?

Try using DVd2One v 1.11 instead of spliting it with IfoEdit. Also try better media, sometimes in a bulk pack or any pack you might get some bad ones, that has happen to me on occassion.
