NEED HELP BADLY. MY MONITOR IS NOT BEING RECOGNIZED WHEN I BOOT UP MY COMPUTER. SO FAR I TRIED A NEW MOTHERBOARD (TWICE), NEW POWER SUPPLY, NEW CPU, NEW VIDEO CARD (AGP & PCI), AND MONITOR STILL DOES NOT RESPOND WHEN I BOOT UP. TRIED CLEARING CMOS, TRIED TAKING BATTERY FROM MOTHERBOARD. NOTHING HAS WORKED. DOES ANYONE HAVE A CLUE TO WHATS GOING ON? I HAVE A EMACHINES 2800+ 160GB HD 120GB HD
NEC DVDRW DRIVE DVD ROM DRIVE 512MB MEMORY AMD PROCESSOR. OH AND BY THE WAY, I TRIED DISCONNECTING EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE VIDEO CARD AND POWER TO THE MOTHERBOARD, SAME RESULTS. I KNOW THE MONITOR WORKS BE-CAUSE I'M USING IT NOW WITH MY OLD COMPUTER. ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Pleeeze! Do not post in all caps,aside from hurting my tired eyes it is against forum rules.Now for your problem.Are you using the same video cable to connect to both computers? If you are not try switching cables.

I believe my problem is sloved. Just put in another motherboard and monitor is working. Thanks for your input anyway and sorry for all the caps.
