just wanted to know and if so how? because its 7.95 GB? So how would i do this? please help i really wanna back this game up? i just got it today and i wanna keep my original in NEW condition...

depends, if it is a dual layer (DVD9), which something of that size usually is, then backing it up would do you no good unless you had a good mod chip that can play DVD9 Back Ups. Not just one that says it plays DVD9 as they are talking about originals. I know the DMS4 & Matrix Infinity chips can, and that Swap Magic can't

Plus the dual layer discs are like $10 each.
Other than that DVD Decrypter can back up a dual layer the same as a single layer DVD.

ok so what your saying is that there is no hope for this backup if i have swap magic correct?

i rebuilt it without the second layer eg movies and has worked so far with out any probs

Worked for me, but couldn't get it to work online. That's PAL anyway, I'm not sure wether the NTSC version can go online or not.

Yes, that is what i am saying. Unless you rip it down to a DVD5 single layer, ruining the game as far as i am concerned, then Swap Magic will not play it.

That is why i never suggest to people who ask me that they get Swap Magic. It is cheaper to begin with, sure. But has too many limitations that a good mod chip doesn't. And over the long run a good chip that has flash upgrades will cost you less money.

yes u can rebuild any duel layer game by shrinkin it to fit on a 4.7 gb DVD-R disk to play on swap magic ,swap magic wont read duel layer disks peroid so what u do is google a program called ExPERT_v1 an follow its instructions i done this with dub city remix works mint but to play online is another story an guy that says duel layer disks are 3 $ i dunno where ur from but in canada each disk is 10$ 30 for 3 ..goodluck
