Certainly looks that way, it's the right spec for a 3800+ anyway.

It is.
The Venice core has 512KB cache, while the San Diego core has 1MB.

@ The_OGS
So ur saying that the HP Computer has the exact same processor that I listed?

If I installed a video (graphics) card in the HP Computer would it be a good gaming computer?

Both CPUs are Athlon64 3800+ (Venice) with 512KB cache.
Hey that's cheap for the whole PC eh Spyder22; $600 bucks or whatever...
But, it doesn't say what motherboard/chipset, or socket (assuming S939), what powersupply, etc.
I expect nVidia chipset since it has onboard nVidia graphics, so could be okay rig - and should work excellent for gaming with a nice 7900GTX or ATI 1900, LoL :^)
I'd say that PC is a pretty good deal - can't go wrong with those parts for that price.
And you could ease into it gradually, y'know? Use the PC at first with the onboard graphics, while saving up for the vidcard you desire...
