I wanna play some burned games right now, since I dont have alot of money and I just got a mini pstwo. Is there anyway to play backups without Swap Magic or a mod chip? I am willing to mod my machine to get the button held down inside, but I am not willing to solder in it.

no there is not, unless one of your friend has swap magic or a modchip, you could make a memory card exploit.

What does the SM do that I simply cant do with a paperclip. Is there something on the disc that I could just download and burn, or what?

No, there is no way to play without some form of modification!

You will have to get swap magic - http://www.swapmagic3.com
or a modchip - http://www.modchipstore.com
