Can someone explain with details how to convert a tomb raider legend pal to ntsc? thanks im going to use it with my hdd thanks in advanced..

i used that program and it did not work for resident evil 4? any other suggestions

use Swap Magic 3++ can change the colour system (NTSC,PAL)
use video mode for those PAL game to ntsc(video mode to ntsc),
Press (SQUARE) although you can use X its advised that you use Square
