I'm using Shrink and when I try to open the movie files I get the error message, "invalid DVD navigation structure". Can anyone help? Thanks....

That's one of the errors Shrink will give when it can't handle the copy protection.
So you can run AnyDVD in the background (free for 21 days - http://slysoft.com) or rip the files w/ dvdfab decrypter (http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm) then process the ripped as usual thru Shrink.

Thanks for your help. I ran DVDFabDecrypter. It broke the files down to audio and video. How do I combine them to make a copy?

Run DVD Shrink and click on the "open files" tab, browse to where the VIDEO_TS folder created by DVDFab is and choose it by highlighting it and clicking ok/open, shrink will then import the files, at this point you can use shrink as you normally would to create your backup.
