Can anybody guide me past these messages when using decrypter to back up my DVD's

Make sure your DVD is clean and sctarch free. If you still have trouble it could be a flaw in the DVD.

hello

this error is caused by a scratched disk,try using decrypter set on "ignor read errors"

if this doesnt work,then try using isobuster recovery tool

hope this helps
