I was having problems burning dvds with Nero and someone from another thread suggested that I upgrade my memory from 256mb to 512mb at least. I'm not really techie or anything so I'd like to ask if there's any way that I can check what kind of memory I have and if there's any compatibility issues I should watch out for. Thanks!

You can use this tool to show what you have and what you can use.
If you also post the PC details we can look into things easier for you.
