How do I convert RMVB to any other format?

Hi, I've just starting Nero 7 to burn DVDs, and its so easy! but they seem to be able to convert any file type other than RMVB! can anyone suggest a good conversion tool I could use to convert these files?

Since NVE converts via directshow, in theory it should be able to handle rmvb files if you have real's codecs and Gabest's dshow wrapper/splitter filter installed.
