Nero5 .5.x and VCD/SVCD Non-Compliance

Nero 5.5.10 will no longer allow me to create/burn non-complaint VCDs or SVCDs. Every time I drag & drop a video file, Nero automatically converts to the compliant aspect ratio. Nero has allowed me to create non-complaint VCDs or SVCDs in the past. Has anyone else experience this problem? Any solutions?

There is a check box in there that says create standerd compliant cd. Take the check out of it and you should be ready to go.

Even with the compliance check-box unchecked, Nero is converting all of the SVCDs to 480x480 and VCDs 352x240. Nero would allow be to create non-compliant VCD or SVCD in the past with different aspect ratios such as 640x480. Any additional thoughts?
