I recently was told to change to Azureus Beta version http://azureus.sourceforge.net/index_CVS.php due to my ISP is killing bittorrent traffic http://torrentfreak.com/encrypting-bittorrent-to-take-out-traffic... I think I did everything the right way but the download speed is still slow. The torrent I'm downloading has 48 Seedes + 18 Peers and the download speed is 5-15 kb/s. From the page I mentioned I downloaded, renamed Azureus2403-B7.jar to Azureus2 and placed and exchanged it with my old Azureus2 file in Program Files/Azureus then to run the program I placed log4j.jar and commons-cli.jar in the same Azureus folder. Please respond to me if I did something wrong and if so, how do I correct it? Thank you everyone
