I burned the image for this game first time using a Sony DVD+R Ver 1.1/1x-4x, used DVD Decrypter and burned image at 2x speed, booted up PS2 with Swap Magic DVD Disc version 3.3, put my backup in and it got past the part after I hit "x" but then nothing happened, it was just a black screen And most of the time sony discs work fine with me. Second time I used a Maxell DVD-R, burned in DVD Decrypter at 2x speed, booted up PS2 same way as the first time, and the same problem. Anyone know whats wrong? all my other games work..first time having a problem with this game

: PS2 V9-10 w/ Black Fliptop
: SM3 CD & DVD USA 3.3
: DVD Decrypter @ 2.4x
: NEC ND-2500A +/- R/RW

Do not use +R, it is reccomended you use -R and burn at half the maximum speed.

For more info, look at the - Games stuttering and skipping or just not booting at all? link in my sig.

using DVD-R or DVD+R has nothing to do with your problem, this game will only work if you use zoneloader and swap magic combined...

PS2s prefer DVD-R than DVD+R, some versions even refuse to play +.

Also, you can also boot it up with Swap Magic..

+R are just as good or even better than -R if you booktype them to DVD-ROM,BUT if your not doing that then DVD+Rs can give problems.

I just burned this game and I get a invalid disc error, I used a 8x taiyo yuden -R burned at 4x with decrytpter. I can't seem to put my finger on the problem. I have burned plenty of discs so I wouldn't say I did something wrong. Anyone had any success booting this game with 3.6?
