Hi,
Does anyone bought the retail one and have the installation guide that you could post here for me? I just place an OEM ordered, this is my first time to install a burner and I'm quite confuse.
BTW, the retail one doesnt' contain any cables right? just to make sure. Or do I also need it for the Lightscribe software? If it's important ,I guess I'll get cancelled my order and get the retail. Thanks all

hi, sorry to ask in the last post but
are the cables included in the retail box? I'm not sure if my cables are still working ok.
And can I still use the 1655 to burn regular dvdr media if I don't want to use Lightscribe right? Thanks

Here is a link showing a picture of what comes in the box besides the drive ... It doesn't look like you get cables ...

And yes, you can burn any DVD or CD that you want to ...
