Media Player fails as well... I'm well confused now...
So, you can burn DVD's... But you can't burn CD's... Nero AND Media Player stop after a while... That rules out the software as being the cause... So... I'm gonna google for a bit...
You see, i've got a similar prob at the moment... But i can't do DVD's...

So does that mean you have different setups? It should be the same, shouldn't it?

i was just thinking that if a burner's on it's way out it could be one of the lasers. however in nutzor74's case that's probably not it, being a new PC and all..

You know... I'm starting to think that nutzor's problem is the same as mine, but the other way around... Remember that last time my burner just started working all of a sudden... I don't know what happened though... It must be some sort of setup somewhere... Dunno!
